FAQ'S

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class. Please try to be on time, if you are late you may not be able to attend the class. 

  • If you arrive earlier please take a seat in our waiting area.

  • Please turn phones on silent during our classes. Any calls are to be taken outside the class area as to not disturb other people.

  • No shoes are allowing in our reformer area. Please bring Grip Socks with you - for hygiene and safety reasons we do not allow bare feet on our reformers. If you forget don't worry we do sell some at our studio! 

  • Parking is available across our studio on Ruth Street, or directly outside the studio after 6PM. â€‹

    A 50 minute class designed to work your entire body while focusing on stretching, lengthening, and improving balance and flexibilty. Through controlled movements and mindful breathing, you’ll build strength, enhance mobility, and flexibility. With a slower pace, it’s perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a full body workout.
  • Lower Body and Core
    A 50 minute class focusing on lower body and core. Suitable for all abilities, exercises can be modified to match your level—whether you're looking for a steady challenge or an intense workout. Get ready to feel the burn!
  • Upper Body and Core
    A 50 minute class designed to target your arms, shoulders, back, and core, helping you build strength, stability, and better posture. Suitable for all abilities, exercises can be modified to match your level—whether you're looking for a steady challenge or an intense workout. Get ready to feel the burn!
  • Jump HIIT
    A 50 minute high-intensity, cardio-based class uses the jumpboard to elevate your heart rate while still being low-impact on your joints. Expect dynamic, controlled movements that challenge your strength, endurance, and coordination. Suitable for all levels, it is recommended that you try out Fully Body Flow first before booking onto this class. Get ready to sweat!
