Jump HIITA 50 minute high-intensity, cardio-based class uses the jumpboard to elevate your heart rate while still being low-impact on your joints. Expect dynamic, controlled movements that challenge your strength, endurance, and coordination. Suitable for all levels, it is recommended that you try out Fully Body Flow first before booking onto this class. Get ready to sweat!
